This 24 in built-in dishwasher combines a capacity of up to 16 place settings, quiet 39 dB operation, and a three-arm wash system designed to effectively cover the entire tub. The FDWU724 is panel-ready, allowing it to blend seamlessly with your cabinetry or be paired with one of Viking’s available front panel options.
CornerClean technology uses a lower wash arm that rotates on a moving axis. The water jets move at different angles to reach the corners of the tub and improve coverage around dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
The system adjusts water volume, pressure, and temperature according to the size of the load and soil level. A turbidity sensor also monitors the amount of food residue present to adapt the wash performance to the needs of the load.
The TriClean triple filtration system helps remove small food particles from the wash water. This promotes cleaner water circulation throughout the cycle and helps provide thorough cleaning results across the entire load.
The Turbo Fan circulates air throughout the tub to improve drying performance. At the end of the program, the OpenAir function automatically opens the door slightly to allow room air to enter and residual moisture to escape.

The durable upper and lower racks can accommodate up to 16 international place settings, in addition to flatware and utensils. Fold-down tines allow the interior space to be adapted for pots, pans, plates, and items of various shapes and sizes.
The upper rack can be adjusted to three positions, with or without dishes loaded, to provide additional space for taller items. Telescopic rails ensure smooth movement, while adjustable stemware supports can also accommodate ladles or small utensils.
A full-width rack provides additional space for flatware and larger utensils. The sliding cutlery basket can also be moved horizontally to adapt the interior layout to each load.
LED interior lighting makes loading and unloading dishes easier. The LED display shows the remaining cycle time, while a blue light projected onto the floor indicates that the cycle is still running.
The dishwasher offers eight cycles, including Pots/Pans Plus, GlassCare, Auto, CombiClean, Regular Wash, HourWash, 35-Minute Quick Wash, and Rinse/Hold. The CombiClean cycle allows delicate items in the upper rack and more heavily soiled items in the lower rack to be washed during the same program.
The Sanitize function increases the final rinse temperature to meet NSF requirements. Express, High Gloss, Half Load, and Delay Start options of up to 24 hours allow the cycle to be adapted to the contents of the dishwasher and your preferred washing schedule.
The OdorEliminator ionizer helps reduce odours that may develop inside the dishwasher between cycles. This feature complements the filtration system and helps keep the interior fresher.
